Troy Mizell

President & CEO

In March of 2007, Mr. Mizell founded AvKARE, which is headquartered in Pulaski, Tennessee and is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). AvKARE specializes in the manufacture and distribution of generic prescription grade pharmaceuticals, disposable medical surgical supplies and capital medical equipment. AvKARE’s clientele are both governmental and commercial and include partners and vendors from around the world. AvKARE is also certified as a small HUBZone concern by the Small Business Administration.

Karol Ann Hoffman

Senior Vice President, Sales / Marketing

In January of 2009, Ms Hoffman joined the AvKARE Staff as Director of National Accounts and was recently moved to Senior Vice President, Sales / Marketing. Karol Ann has successfully managed the marketing & sales teams for AvKARE, which has grown tremendously over the past 5 years. She currently spear heads the sales efforts along with the Vice President of Sales for medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.

Cliff Stanfill

Vice President, Regulatory Affairs Pharmaceutical Operations

In July of 2009, Mr. Stanfill joined the AvKARE staff under the tutelage of AvKARE President and CEO Troy Mizell. Clifton has lead a staff to develop the current Corporate Standard Policies and Procedures, as well as bringing AvKARE’s own line of private label generic pharmaceuticals to market. He currently leads the internal pharmaceutical stability program and has accomplished license and facility requirements for the DEA, Tennessee Board of Pharmacy, as well as several other required out of state licensures.

Kim Cosby

Vice President, Finance & Customer Service

In July of 2009, Ms. Cosby joined the AvKARE staff as the Accountant and was later moved into the position of Vice President of Finance. She has successfully managed the Accounting Department as it has grown from only herself and one other part time employee, to what is currently a staff of six Accounting Personnel. Furthermore, due to her combination of both Accounting and Management experience, Ms. Cosby has also been tasked with the responsibility of overseeing seven employees in the Customer Service Department.

David Perkins

Vice President, Sales

Mr. Perkins joined the AvKARE team in February 2014 after spending the previous 3 years at PSS/McKesson as Senior Director of Government Sales. David was brought in as Vice President of Sales for Medical Supply and Biologics to increase visibility and sales into the VA and DoD markets. Since coming on board sales increased over 37% in the first year and the sales staff has more than doubled in size. Currently, David is responsible for sales within Pharmaceuticals, Medical Supply, Biologics, and Lab within the VA and DoD markets.

Kerry Dilley

Vice President, Sales

In August of 2009, Mr. Dilley joined AvKARE as a Regional Sales Representative offering Medical/Surgical Supplies to the Federal Government and was eventually promoted to Vice President, Pharmaceutical Sales Unit Dose. Kerry currently leads the Unit Dose sales efforts for both the Acute Care and Long Term Care Markets.
