Is contract pricing available?
Yes, AvKARE offers volume discount pricing. Please complete the Create an Account form to set up an AvKARE account, or contact our Sales Representatives at 1-931-292-6222 or you can reach the correct department by going through the contact us tab at top of page.

Are there any minimum order requirements?
Yes. AvKARE has minimum orders for some Medical/Surgical items but there is no minimum charge for Pharmaceuticals.

What products does AvKARE carry?

What if I can't find a product I'm looking for?
Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department at 1-931-292-6222, or contact us. If an item is not found during your search, an email form is automatically displayed and you will have the opportunity to contact our Customer Service Department to assist you in completing your search.

Payment & Terms

What are the standard terms?
Standard terms are net 30 days from invoice date or credit card. All orders require a purchase order number. All pharmaceutical customers must provide a DEA license or HIN.

What are the payment options?
Visa, MasterCard, Government purchasing card, EFT, Cash, or Cashier Check

What are the invoicing options?
AvKARE can provide invoicing through mail, email, EDI or Wide Area Work Flow.


Shipping & Returns

What are your shipping options?
AvKARE can provide premium shipping services including Next Business Day, Second Business Day and Third Business Day. Charges for shipping services other than Ground will be added to the invoice.

What are the cut-off times for same-day shipping?
AvKARE offers same-day shipping. Orders placed before 2:00 pm CST will be shipped the same day.

What is the back order policy?
Our fill rates are among the highest in the industry. However, we occasionally experience out-of-sticks on some merchandise. It is our policy to pay freight on back orders (excluding enteral products, cleaning solutions, gloves, milk, DME products and bulk incontinence items).

Returned Goods Policy

Authorization:
Prior authorization to return merchandise is required by AvKARE Inc. (AvKARE) for all returns. AvKARE Inc. must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) signed by an authorized customer’s representative on file before a return can be processed. For questions please contact Customer Support.
